Give the gift of life during the Sickle Cell Blood Drive, hosted by the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., Prince George’s County Chapter, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Oakcrest Community Center, 1300 Capitol Heights Boulevard, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.

Held in conjunction with the Let’s Move Prince George’s County Community Health Fair, the blood drive will provide community members with an opportunity to support patients living with sickle cell disease and others who depend on lifesaving blood donations. Every donation can make a meaningful difference by helping maintain a diverse and reliable blood supply for patients in need.

Eligible donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance using the QR code included on the event flyer (Schedule a Blood, Platelet or Plasma Donation | American Red Cross). Donors will receive a Hello Kitty collectible and a $20 Amazon e-gift card with a valid email address, while supplies last and subject to American Red Cross promotional terms.
